Ticketing Information
For Schools
BCT allows advance reservations for busy teachers and payment is not due until 3 weeks before your first performance!
- Prices are $7 or $8 per person
- To purchase school group tickets please call Teresa Sheppard at (205)-458-8899. Tickets for schools may only be reserved via telephone and fax (205)-458-8895.
- Teachers and chaperones- Your group will receive 1 complimentary ticket for every 10 tickets purchased.
- BCT provides opportunities for home schools to attend performances during school hours and to meet with other parents and students during our home school days.
- Free parking is provided for school buses and vans.
For the General Public
- Tickets are now available for Family Public Performances online through TicketLeap.
- Tickets for week day mainstage shows may be purchased when available. Please call (205) 458-8181 to check availability.
- Tickets for Wee Folks shows are not available during school performances.
- Family Performance weekend tickets are available for purchase online, over the phone (205) 458-8181, or in person. Tickets are $10 adult and $8 children. Children under 18 months do not need a ticket.
Season Tickets
To receive season tickets you must purchase tickets to 3 different shows in the same season. For season tickets please call (205) 458-8181.
Refunds
BCT maintains a No Refund Policy. If for any reason a performance is cancelled or individual and/or groups are unable to attend a scheduled performance for any reason BCT will accommodate these situations by rebooking you and/or your group for another show.
Birthday Parties
Celebrate every birthday at BCT. Our upper lobby is great for groups of 8 or more before the performance. Voucher coupons are not accepted for birthday parties. A $25 reservation fee includes table set up, take down, and actors that visit your party. Each person must have a ticket to the performance.

Accessibility and Special Services
Wheelchair access is available from 19th Street next to the Central Ticket Office of the BJCC. Please call ahead to reserve a spot for the wheelchair access inside the theater (205) 458-8181. Wheelchair accessible bathrooms are located inside the theatre.
Performances for the hearing impaired featuring a sign language interpreter are also scheduled for school groups. Please call (205) 458-8181 for information.
