Follow young Mia and her dog on a journey through Dreamland, where the nightly routine gets joyfully turned upside down. Stay Awake gently introduces shapes and sounds through rhyme and playful repetition. BCT’s Theatre for the Very Young is made for your littlest ones — wiggling, giggling, and all.
No shushing required. Bring your toddler for their first taste of live theatre magic!

Great for our very youngest theatre-goers, shows in the PlaySpace focus on the fundamentals of early childhood development while providing an engaging and entertaining story. These shows are always interactive featuring music, movement, rhyme, repetition, and other building blocks of learning. The PlaySpace is an open area “Yes Space” where children and their grown-ups are encouraged to roam, make noise, touch things, and get the wiggles out; and the performances are always relaxed, gentle, and sensory-friendly.
Recommended for ages 0-5 years. Approximate performance time: 35-45 minutes.
